Dr Diana Heineken

Dr. Diana Heineken comes from a family of dental professionals, and as she grew up, she saw her parents build their offices by fostering genuine relationships with their patients and communities. At Pacific Smile Design, Dr. Heineken is bringing that philosophy to the forefront of her practice, where she strives to create a positive culture centered around a healthy mouth and a healthy body. She takes the time to get to know the unique needs, wants, and personalities of her patients, in order to provide a personalized experience for everyone who walks through the doors of her office. Plus, her extensive education and experience allow her to utilize the latest techniques and technologies, so she can ensure that she is offering the best dental care possible. Dr. Diana Heineken grew up in Redlands, CA to a family of dental professionals, where she watched her parents build their practices with genuine care for their patients and community. She immersed herself into dentistry in college where she worked part-time as a dental assistant. Both the technical and interpersonal skills in the dental office came easily to her. Moreover, after working for a pediatric dentist, and then helping her mom run her practice, Dr. Heineken really fell in love with the profession. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from University of California Irvine, she headed to Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, where she received her master's degree, as well as her Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry. She has since brought her dental expertise to beautiful San Diego, where she provides quality care and strives to educate her patients on the connection between oral and systemic health. She has been a member of the San Diego County Dental Society, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the dental society as well as being a CDA Delegate for the State Dental Society. She also provides free dental care as part of her volunteer work with Veterans Village and other charitable organizations.
