I was born and raised in India and earned a BDS and MDS degree in India before working as a general dentist there. I moved to California in 2015 and graduated with my DDS from UCSF. I decided to make San Francisco my home the minute I arrived here because I was captured by the people, the architectural beauty, and the weather (!). I believe dentistry is very relative and each patient’s treatment should be customized and catered to the individual needs of the patient. I like to treat all my patients as if I was treating my family or friends and eventually, all my patients become my friends. I care deeply about my patients’ dental health and overall well-being. I think communication with patients is one of my strengths, and I believe it is a key ingredient of a successful practice. I also strongly value continued education so that I am able to keep abreast of the latest technology and research in dentistry, and am able to deliver that through my treatments. I have always liked working with my hands and dentistry allows me to use this skill on an everyday basis. I love connecting with patients and building a relationship with them so that I can join them in their journey to achieving their oral health and aesthetic goals. I love spending time with my family, especially hearing my baby chuckle, getting hugs from my dog, and eating my husband’s cooking. I like to de-stress by painting and reading, and try to make time for these regularly.
