Dr. Munjpara is a general dentist in our San Leandro practice. She grew up in India and did her undergraduate work at the Ahmedabad Government Dental College and Hospital. After completing her studies, she moved to California to attend the prestigious Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC where she received her DDS degree. One of her most memorable experiences in college was working in the dental mobile unit which provides dental services to underprivileged people. This is when she knew that she could help change lives by eliminating pain and giving patients the confidence to smile again. She feels blessed to have a career which allows her to improve a patient’s health and overall appearance. When patients visit Dr. Munjapara, they are educated on how dental health can affect their overall health so maintaining good oral hygiene is critical. In her free time, Dr. Munjpara enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
