Dr. Nozar Tarkesh’s journey into dentistry is one defined by passion, persistence, and global expertise. Originally trained as an engineer, Dr. Tarkesh discovered his true calling in healthcare and dedicated himself to mastering the art and science of dentistry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Genetics from Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University, followed by a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the prestigious Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Arizona. From the very start of his career, Dr. Tarkesh became deeply passionate about dental implantology. Determined to deliver the highest level of care, he has traveled around the world training with leading experts in implant dentistry across the United States, Europe, and South America. He has completed advanced coursework with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in Las Vegas, NV, earned his Associate Fellowship (AFAAID), and pursued specialized certifications in full-arch implantology and complex atrophic cases through rigorous training in the United States and abroad. With thousands of hours of continuing education and hands-on surgical experience, Dr. Tarkesh has become highly skilled in all aspects of implant dentistry, particularly full-mouth reconstruction and fixed denture prosthodontics. He is also trained in IV sedation, providing patients with a more comfortable and anxiety-free experience.
