Dr Spencer Rickers

Dr Spencer Rickers believes dentistry should be as painless as possible, precise and personal. His approach puts your overall health first and ensures that every step of your care is done in the correct order for long term success. He combines advanced comprehensive therapies and technology with sedation options to help patients feel relaxed and confident. Clear communication and a calm patient first mindset are the heart of his care philosophy. Dr. Rickers founded Comprehensive Sedation Dental to offer a different kind of experience—focused, peaceful, and results-driven. He is a general dentist skilled in extractions, implants, dentures, myofunctional therapy, and total smile restorations. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Utah Valley University before going on to graduate from the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He followed this by attending the dental program at the A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. Level 3 sedation certified, Dr. Rickers gained significant clinical experience from his time at the Texas Sedation Dental & Implant Center, and from his work as an extern in federally-qualified health centers abroad. His care looks beyond teeth to the jaw, muscles, breathing, and habits that shape long-term health.
