Dr. Elledge was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. After high school, he served a church mission for two years in the West Indies. He has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Brigham Young University, and he earned his doctor of dental medicine degree (DMD) from Case Western Reserve University. While at Case Western, he enjoyed being part of a program that provides oral health care for underserved children in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
