Dr. McGarvey (she/her) loves to talk about oral health! She is focused on combining evidence-based dental decisions with compassion for each person. High quality patient-centered care is her top priority. Dr. McGarvey graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and moved to California in 2014. She purchased Dr. Skryja’s practice July 2021. Dr. McGarvey shares her passion for dentistry and life-long learning by helping to train future dentists. She gives a lecture series to current dental students in their last year at UCSF School of Dentistry. She also teaches a hands-on advanced course in dental assisting at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. She is licensed in the state of California, and is a member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association. In her free time, you can find Dr. McGarvey out on her bicycle enjoying the beauty of West Sonoma County with her husband Ken.
