Dr William Plaugher

Originally from Sonoma County, Dr. William Plaugher graduated with honors from Chapman University, where he majored in Molecular Biology and minored in Spanish. After graduation, he enjoyed two years serving with a nonprofit in Panama and Nicaragua, helping implement dental clinics in rural communities. Dr. Plaugher returned to California to attend UCSF School of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Plaugher continues to stay on the leading edge of dentistry with ongoing extensive training in cosmetic dentistry, implants, comprehensive restorative care, and surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Redwood Empire Dental Society, as well as local study clubs.
