Dr. Jerry Sparks, DDS. Dr. Sparks has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry in the Phoenix area for over 40 years. He is married with four grown children, three daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, and nine grandchildren. He enjoys hiking, flying the plane he built in his backyard, woodworking, welding, and riding his motorcycle. Dr. Sparks was born in Oklahoma City. He moved to Arizona in 1965. After attending ASU and two tours of duty in the United States Army, he graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1975. He returned to Phoenix and established his dental practice in 1977. Retired in January of 2022.
