Dr Mike Beckham

Dr. Mike Beckham grew up with a strong work ethic, spending summers working in factories and playing high school football. After earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona, he attended dental school at the University of Illinois before moving to Phoenix in 1981. After two years as an associate dentist, he wanted to build something different—a practice where patients receive the care, respect, and service they truly deserve. Determined to make a difference, Dr. Beckham started his own practice, which he ran for 25 years before selling it and founding Cave Creek Dental. One of the most rewarding parts of his career is helping patients who have had negative dental experiences in the past regain their confidence. Restoring function, transforming smiles, and providing compassionate care isn’t just his profession—it’s his passion. Dr. Beckham has been married to his wife, Reneé, for over 20 years. They have two sons, three cattle dogs, and a 20-year-old African Grey Parrot, Joey, who enjoys riding on Dr. Beckham’s bike handlebars. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Dr. Beckham hiking, running, or enjoying all that Cave Creek has to offer.
