Daniel grew up and graduated in Fairmont, MN. He received his BS degree in biology from UMD, where he met his wife Meghan. His masters degree in Microbiology from UMD prepares him to understand bacterial challenges in the mouth. He completed four years of dental school in Chicago at Midwestern University. He delayed residency in 2017 to help care for Paula during cancer treatments. After residency in Santa Barbara and two years in a high-tech practice, he returned to Fairmont. Focused on new technology, methods, and materials for patient health, passionate about continuing education, orthodontics, and sleep medicine. Interests include kids, photography, art, technology, guitar, RC flying, snow skiing, health, nutrition.
