Dr Regan Aiello

Dr. Regan Aiello was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri (Mizzou) before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry. Dr. Regan is passionate about building a trustworthy and compassionate relationship with every patient she treats. She believes that excellent dentistry starts with education, transparency, and trust. Her goal is to ensure patients fully understand their oral health and how it connects to their overall well-being, empowering them to make confident, informed decisions about their care. Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Regan continually expands her skills through ongoing continuing education to stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry. She prides herself on creating a comfortable, pain-free, and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Outside of the office, Dr. Regan enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Mate. They love exploring local parks and visiting dog-friendly outdoor restaurants. She has a passion for travel and experiencing new cultures, enjoys the outdoors, and can often be found snowboarding in the winter months. In her downtime, she also enjoys her hidden creative hobbies—designing beautiful floral bouquets to put around the house and learning how to play tennis!
