Dr. James E. Young has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years and has always stressed the importance of treating each person as an individual. He prides himself on giving honest advice to best meet each patient’s unique needs. There are often many different ways to fix a problem, and the same option is not always the best for every person. With this in mind, Dr. Young places great importance in discussing the different treatment options, and pros and cons of each, to every patient. Dr. Young has had advanced training in dental implants and orthodontics. He provides his patients with options in both traditional braces and clear aligner orthodontics. He also provides the placement and restoration of dental implants, for everything from a single tooth, to whole mouth rehabilitation. After growing up in the rural town of Adrian, Michigan, he attended Siena Heights College, then went on to receive his dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1990. Dr. Young is a member of American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Macomb Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
