Dr. Samantha Gammo has been working in the dental field since she was 16 years old. Starting as an assistant, she worked her way up to practicing as a Dentist since May 2014. Dr. Sam received her undergraduate education from Wayne State University in Biology. Because of her hard work and determination, she was accepted into the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry a year before her peers. While completing her clinical practice, Dr. Sam gained special recognition in her crown and bridge work. During her dental training, she had an opportunity to work alongside and assist a resident who was specializing in root canal therapy. She gained special one-on-one experience in root canal treatment that has been invaluable throughout her career. She then spent the next 10+ years working alongside two remarkable mentors, Dr. Mazin Kizy and Dr. Linda Ousachi. Dr. Sam is known for her meticulous attention to detail, gentle approach, and honest advisory. She works every day to make sure patient care, comfort, and happiness are always a top priority to avoid unnecessary procedures and discomfort. "Oral health is fundamental, and it is my responsibility as your dentist to make sure your mouth is held to the highest standard of care. Everyone deserves a beautiful smile, pain-free dental experiences, and the care of a dentist that believes taking care of people is always the best approach." - Dr. Samantha Gammo
