Dr. Cody is from rural northeastern Colorado where he grew up on his family’s farm and feedlot. He completed his undergraduate studies in biology from Creighton University and obtained a Masters of ... He has completed a postgraduate implant residency of 300 hours of continuing education focused on all aspects of dental implant placement and prosthetics. He is also beginning a second implant residency this fall. This course will include 400 additional hours of advanced scholarship.
