Dr Mazher Syed

Dr. Mazher Syed has been helping people to put their best smiles forward for the past 15 years. His dedication to patient care shines through in his thoroughness in dental work, and he hopes to encourage healthy smiles in all of his patients. Dr. Mazher Syed earned his Bachelor of Dental Science degree from Rajiv Gandhi University in India before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Additionally, he has continued to learn throughout his career and expand his knowledge on more specialized topics. Dr. Syed has trained with Nobel Biocare on All on Four implants, completed a two year program (USDI) for orthodontic training and a professional orthodontic seminar, pursued continuing education with AIC Education and Hiossen for oral surgery and implants, and attended a crown clinic and hands on course through the Institution of Dental Advancement. Additionally, Dr. Syed is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Illinois Dental Association (IDA), and Chicago Dental Society (CDS). For the past 15 years, he has been an associate dentist at other dental offices, performing oral surgery, orthodontic treatment and general dental procedures. After working at other dental office locations, he decided it was time to open his own private practice in 2019. He speaks fluent Urdu and is known for using his sense of humor to help patients feel at ease in his office. He likes to say that his mission is to save the world one tooth at a time.
