Dr. William Kapgan grew up in Los Angeles. He attended UCLA and received a degree in physiology. He then went on to dental school at University of Pacific in San Francisco. After dental school, Dr. Kapgan did a general practice residency in Minneapolis, MN then an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in University of Connecticut. After this, Dr. Kapgan completed a 4 year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Kapgan's priority is patient safety and comfort. He will always take the time fully explain procedures and options that are available.
