Dr. Watkins was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana. He graduated from Notre Dame and went on to earn his doctorate in dental surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Watkins returned to Bloomington and worked in private practice for several years before moving to South Bend. He joined Family Dental Health in spring of 2018. Dr. Watkins and his wife, Jessie have three daughters; Claire, Ellie, and Mia. In his spare time, he enjoys running with his wife and two dogs, playing at the park with his daughters, as well as attending Notre Dame athletic events.
