Dr Jevin Carruth

Dr. Jevin Carruth grew up on Route 15 on the outskirts of Underhill, just ten minutes down the road from our dental office. After attending college in Springfield, MA, and spending 4 years earning his dental degree from The University of Connecticut followed by a 1-year residency program, he knew that Vermont was where he wanted to return. Having worked in several dental offices throughout Northern Vermont over the years, honing his skills and fostering trust in the patients he served along the way, Dr. Carruth became the new owner of our dental office when his widely respected predecessor, Dr. David Solomon, retired in 2022. Along with the office’s new name Pleasant Valley Dental Care, Dr. Carruth also brings extensive training in cosmetic, surgical, and emergency dental procedures to our practice. He is up to date on the most modern, pain-free approaches to both common and complex dental problems. When Dr. Carruth is not practicing dentistry, you can expect to find him enjoying the outdoors and trying to keep up with his two rambunctious daughters. He looks forward to meeting and greeting every single patient that walks through the door, and he promises to treat every one of his patients with the same dignity, respect, and fairness that he would show his own family.
