Dr. Charles Moore is a graduate of Wofford College and received his DMD degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Moore completed a General Practice Residency at the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT where he had additional training in dental implants, conscious sedation, surgical procedures, and treating medically complex patients.
