Dr. Sciuchetti earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry as president of his graduating class and completed his General Practice Residency at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. He has worked in the dental hygiene department at Eastern Washington University and now serves on their advisory board. Dr. Sciuchetti is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills, so he can serve the dental care needs of his patients better and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience. Dr. Sciuchetti’s love for dentistry comes from his positive childhood dental experiences that began when he was six years old. His childhood dentist, Dr. Robert Mecham, mentored Jay and allowed him to observe his practice during his high school years, so Jay could see if dentistry was a good fit for him. Dr. Sciuchetti bought Dr. Mecham’s office 17 years ago and was honored to work by his side for seven years.
