Dr Sam Zimmer

Dr. Zimmer is a native of Rogersville and is excited to be back home working full time in his hometown. He received his undergraduate degree from Missouri State University where he studied Chemistry and Biomedical Science. Dr. Zimmer then moved to Kansas City where he completed his dental degree and honored in Endodontics (root canals) and Oral Surgery. Dr. Zimmer enjoys carefully treating his patients, the multidisciplinary aspect of dentistry which allows him to continue learning and studying the sciences, the art of cosmetic dentistry and the chance to care for all ages of patients from young children to great grandparents! On a weeknight, you might find Dr. Zimmer coaching youth wrestling or playing the mandolin and piano at a local bluegrass music jam. He loves music and his community and once a month he hosts a bluegrass music jam at the dental office. You should ask him about it! On the weekends you might find him serving with his wife, Faith, at a local church or riding mules with his Dad and friends (He has a mule named Samule). He will love visiting with you about deer hunting, fishing or anything to do with the outdoors! Dr. Zimmer’s approach to dentistry is to come alongside his patients, become friends with them, listen to their needs and offer them different options so they can choose what is best for them.
