Dr. Edelen received his undergraduate and dental degrees from The Ohio State University. He graduated from the OSU College of Dentistry in June 1985, after which he became a commissioned officer with the United States Public Health Service. While in the USPHS he worked for the Indian Health Service on two different Indian Reservations in Montana and Wyoming. After five and a half years in the Public Health Service, Dr. Edelen and his wife Julie returned to Sidney in the spring of 1991, where he opened his private dental practice. Dr. Edelen currently resides south of Sidney on a farm in Orange Township with his wife Julie and their three children Kellie, Jake and Ryan. Proficient in all areas of general dentistry, Dr. Edelen has also completed several post-graduate courses of continuing education.
