Born and raised in Coldwater, Dr. Welsch is happy to be back home serving the community which she calls home. A graduate of Coldwater HS, she earned her Bachelors of Science from the University of Dayton in 2021. Dr. Welsch then advanced her education completing her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2025. While at Ohio State she was involved as a member of and participated in the Association of Women Dentists, OSU ASDA Leadership Conference, Give Veterans a Smile Event, and Give Kids a Smile Event.
