Dr Jonathan Petrie

Originally from Gulf Breeze, FL, Dr. Jon Petrie is passionate about building genuine connections with his patients and understanding their individual goals for oral health. His background in the hospitality and service industries, prior to pursuing dentistry, instilled in him a deep appreciation for relationship building both in the workplace and throughout the community. Dr. Petrie earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) before completing a master’s in biology at the University of Louisville. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Following graduation, he completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Florida, where he also completed the Implant Educators Academy Comprehensive Interdisciplinary Dental Implant Training and earned certification in Nitrous Oxide Psychosedation. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Petrie continues to advance his skills through ongoing continuing education, most recently completing the Essentials 1 course at the world-renowned Pankey Institute.
