Dr. Carla Daugherty is a general dentist and native of Saint Louis, Missouri. She received a full academic scholarship and her undergraduate training from Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina where she graduated with honors and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then went on to Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, in Nashville, Tennessee where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Daugherty also completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. She is currently licensed to practice Dentistry in the states of Missouri and Illinois. Dr. Daugherty is an active member in many leading dental organizations, including the: American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Greater St. Louis Dental Society, Mound City Dental Society. Dr. Daugherty began her dental career in Public Health Dentistry, providing quality dental care to those who have come to expect and appreciate it. Her ongoing commitment is to educate and emphasize the importance of oral health care. Dr. Daugherty’s hobbies are reading, travel, and classical jazz. She also enjoys donating her time and resources to worthy charitable causes.
