Dr. Bradshaw was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended Creighton University School of Dentistry where he earned his DDS, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 1994, he pursued specialty training in Periodontology at Oregon Health Science University. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology and others. He has been practising as a Periodontist in St. George, UT since 1994.
