Dr Jeff Banker

Dr. Banker joined Corner Stone Dental after 20 years of service as a dental officer in the United States Air Force. Dr. Banker is a prosthodontist. That means he has three years of advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of missing and damaged teeth using prosthetics made from biocompatible materials. While on active duty in the Air Force, Dr. Banker was selected to attend a prosthodontic residency sponsored by the Air Force Institute of Technology. He earned his Certificate in Prosthodontics and his Master of Science in Oral Biology from the University of Missouri School of Dentistry, Truman Medical Center, Kansas City. Dr. Banker earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and his DDS from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Giving Back to the Community: Dr. Banker believes in giving back to the community. Since 2006, he’s served on the faculty at the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, Alton. Dr. Banker is also active in the dental school’s Give Kids a Smile program to provide dental care for children in need. Dr. Banker is a member of the following professional organizations: American College of Prosthodontics American Dental Association Illinois State Dental Society St. Clair County Dental Society.
