Dr. Spence grew up in Saint Marys and is a graduate of Elk County Christian. He received his Undergraduate Degree from Clarion University. He then attended The University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2007. Dr. Spence then went on to further his education by completing a one year Oral Surgery Residency at The University of Virginia in 2008. During that period he worked closely with cancer patients and many patients with compromised immune systems. Upon completion of the program, he joined a Private Practice in the Harrisburg area where he Practiced for 9 years. In 2017, Dr. Spence felt called to bring his skills back to the community where he grew up, and started his Practice in DuBois. Dr. Spence is passionate about his Dentistry and about finding ways to provide comfort to his patients. Since his graduation in 2007, he has dedicated his time to learning new procedures and keeping up to date with his education through advancement courses in Dental Implants, Invisalign, Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry.
