Dr. Blake knew at age 12 he wanted to practise dentistry in Potter County, Pennsylvania, where he was born and raised. After graduating from Northern Potter High School, he earned a B.S. in Biology from Susquehanna University in 1998 and graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2002. He opened Blake Dentistry in January 2005 and invests in continuing education and technology. Member of The Eighth District Dental Society, Pennsylvania Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry.
