Dr. Horowitz was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. He attended The Bronx High School of Science and graduated with honors from Lehman College receiving his Bachelors Degree in Biology. He pursued his professional training at The State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine graduating in 1980. Dr Horowitz has been in practice with Dr. Berger at Two Fifth Avenue since 1982. Dr. Horowitz is married to Patricia and has 2 sons Paul and Brian. He is a member of the American Dental Association, NYS Dental Association, NYC Dental Society, and the Southern Orange County Dental Study Group. He is a volunteer in the NYC Medical Reserve Corps.
