Dr. Gregory Skrapits has been practicing Dentistry in the St. James community since 1987, providing compassionate and conservative dental care. Following in his father’s legacy, Dr. Lewis Skrapits, who served the community at the same location from 1962, Dr. Gregory Skrapits continues the trust and expertise our patients expect and deserve. Additionally, Dr. Gregory has expanded the scope of the practice to include: implant placement, periodontal surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and sleep Apnea treatment through extensive continued education. He received a degree of bachelor of science in Biology from Binghamton University in 1983. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983. He completed his oral surgery externship at the Presbyterian University hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Gregory has held a position as an associate clinical professor at Stony Brook University School of Dentistry. He continuously keeps up to date with the latest advancements and developments in the field of dentistry, participating in numerous continuing education courses including advanced implant training and advanced cosmetic dentistry training.
