Dr James Ramos Ortiz

Dr. James Ramos graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine in 2014. After two years at the Montefiore Hospital, where he did his General Practice Residency, he dedicated the last three years specializing in periodontics and oral implantology at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine and is looking forward to being in private practice limited to periodontics and dental implantology. Dr. Ramos is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Northeast Society of Periodontology, and The Puerto Rico Dental Association. Doctor Ramos Scored top 1% on the National in-service examinations administered by the American Academy of Periodontology. Doctor Ramos is a Diplómate of the American Board of Periodontology giving the Status of Board Certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. Dr. Ramos is a Certified LANAP Specialist to treat Periodontal Disease with the latest end cutting Laser Technology. Dr. Ramos loves music and playing his electric and acoustic guitars.
