Dr Matthew Hooks

Dr. Matthew Hooks was born and raised in Stuart, Florida. He attended Martin County High School where he graduated in 2004. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from the University of Florida, he earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Hooks was a nominee for the prestigious OKU Honor Society, an honor reserved for those ranked highest in scholarship throughout dental school. He returned to Stuart and joined Riverview Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. He is passionate about providing state-of-the-art, relationship-based, comprehensive care that is tailored to fit the goals and desires of his patients. Dr. Hooks has a fervor for continuing dental education. He completed the Advanced Implant Residency Program of Alabama Implant Education in Birmingham, Alabama and has had the unique opportunity to study under clinical instructors of the prestigious Aesthetic Advantage program. He has gone on to complete training in I.V. Sedation from Augusta University making him one of the few dentists in the area who are certified to provide I.V. Sedation to his patients. The philosophies and techniques he has acquired have allowed Dr. Hooks to exceed his patients' aesthetic demands while offering them the caring, personalized treatment that they deserve. He has received awards for excellence from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and the Academy of Operative Dentistry. Together with his beautiful wife Jane, Dr. Hooks enjoys spending time with their children Tyler, Liza Kate, and Colton. They love fishing and boating and try to spend as much time as possible enjoying everything that their hometown has to offer.
