Dr. Michelle Rousseau considers it a privilege to provide an exceptional patient experience while pursuing her passion in dentistry, which seamlessly blends her love for art, science, and helping others. Originally from western Massachusetts, Dr. Rousseau earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (Cum Laude with honors) from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. After working in engineering for several years, she returned to academia to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Rousseau furthered her education with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, where she refined her skills in complex treatment planning, surgical procedures, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. She specializes in providing comprehensive care for medically complex patients and has completed over 300 hours of extensive education in the placement and restoration of dental implants through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse, working towards fellowship. Dr. Rousseau places patient safety and comfort as her top priorities. She is committed to lifelong learning, staying updated with the latest advancements in dentistry through daily reading and attending courses.
