Dr Sandra Shin

Dr. Sandra Shin received her DMD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1997. She continued her education at the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Program at the University of California San Francisco. After residency, Dr. Shin moved to Chicago where she practiced and was a clinical instructor for fixed prosthodontics at the University of Illinois School of Dentistry. After two years in Chicago, Dr. Shin realized she missed the milder climate and beauty of the Bay Area. She moved back, settling in the South Bay, and started practicing dentistry as an associate in Los Altos. With years of experience behind her, she decided to open a private practice in Sunnyvale. Dr. Shin has a passion for providing high-quality, excellent care in a comfortable and friendly environment through her dedication to her patients and their families.
