Dr. Bowns opened Johns Creek Dental Care in September of 1995. He was born in Winter Haven, Florida and moved to Norcross in 1980. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida and then got his D.M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia. He currently lives in Cumming with his wife Victoria and their 4 fur babies. Dr. Bowns and Mrs. Vicki have four beautiful children and 3 grandchildren. Dr. Bowns is a charter member of the Johns Creek Business Association and the Rotary Club of Johns Creek. He serves at First Baptist Cumming as a Deacon and member of the finance team. Additionally, He sings in the choir and teaches in the FirstKidz program. He enjoys announcing football and basketball at East Forsyth High School and North Forsyth High School and is also the owner of a Certified Therapy Dog, Choco. In his spare time he coaches youth basketball and soccer and spends time on the lake. Dr. Bowns has a chairside manner that is second to none, and it is Dr. Bowns goal for every patient to leave feeling like you have found a friend in him.
