Mr Kathryn Gavalas

Dr. Kathryn (Katie) Gavalas is a passionate general dentist dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in Tallahassee. Inspired by her father’s 30-year dental practice in Boynton Beach, FL, and guided by the L.D. Pankey Institute’s philosophy, she fosters a family-like atmosphere with high-quality dentistry. A Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), Dr. Gavalas is a member of the Florida Dental Association, Leon County Dental Association, and the International Team for Implantology. Her advanced training includes a two-year general practice residency at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital (Chief Resident), an oral surgery internship at the Oral Surgical Institute in Nashville, and a dual fellowship in implant and digital dentistry from the University of Florida.
