Dr. Francis Lugo is a Tampa native, who received her undergraduate degree in Biology from University of South Florida. Later went on to continue her education and complete her DDS from New York University College of Dentistry. At NYU she obtained comprehensive training in all areas of dentistry from restorative, cosmetic, and prosthodontics. During her career at NYU she participated in the Program for Survivors of Torture, which partnered with Bellevue Hospital, providing free dentistry to refugees who had fled their countries.
