Mr Tinou T. Roncone

Dr. Roncone is a board certified periodontist who specializes in the treatment of periodontal disease and dental implants. She grew up in a small town in West Texas where she graduated as Valedictorian of her high school class. She earned a bachelors of arts degree in Biology and graduated early from the University of Dallas as magna cum laude. While in college, she was also inducted in the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Upon graduation, Dr. Roncone moved out to California for her dental school training. She graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry with her doctorate in 1996. She was immediately accepted into the post-doctoral specialist program in the Periodontal Department at the Baylor School of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. While at Baylor, she did an in vitro research study on the diode laser. She received her specialty certificate in Periodontics and dental implants in 1999. She also earned a Masters degree in Oral Biology while at Baylor. Dr. Roncone moved back to California to start her private practice. She opened her first periodontal office in Fallbrook in 1999. Subsequently, she opened up a second office in Temecula in 2001. She enjoys all aspects of periodontics and is especially fond of dental implants and periodontal plastic surgery. She frequently refers to herself as a “tooth saver” first and foremost. Her practice goal is to educate her patients while providing excellent periodontal care in order to enhance their oral health and improve their quality of life. She lives in Temecula with her husband, Christopher (a local orthodontist), their daughter and son. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, snow skiing, tennis, golf and playing the piano.
