Dr Derrick Price

Derrick Price, a native of Colorado, has always been driven by a desire to serve others. His journey in dentistry has taken him across the globe, from the mountains of Colorado to the vibrant communities of Spain and Argentina. Born and raised in the picturesque landscapes of Colorado, Derrick’s sense of community and service was shaped by his roots. After spending two transformative years on a service mission in Argentina, Derrick pursued his undergraduate studies in the rich cultural landscape of BYU. Following his passion for dentistry, he returned to his home state and completed dental school at the University of Colorado in 2008. Beyond his professional achievements, Derrick is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Mary, are the proud parents of eight children and even have the joy of a granddaughter. Their family activities include a shared love for hiking, biking, OneWheel adventures, and yoga. On weekends away from the dental office, Derrick enthusiastically participates in Saturday morning old-man basketball games or cheers on his children at various sports events. Derrick’s commitment to public health was evident from his early days in dental school. His dedication to making dentistry accessible to everyone has been expressed through initiatives such as the Galapagos dental trip, participation in Give Kids a Smile Day, accepting a wide range of insurances, and actively engaging in Care Day events. Derrick has a special affinity for the Spanish-speaking community, enriching his practice with cultural diversity.
