Dr. Raina received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and graduated Cum Laude from NC State University. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University, followed by an Advanced General Practice Residency at the University of Iowa. Currently he is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the UTHealth School of Dentistry. Dr. Raina chose a career in dentistry because it’s the perfect mixture of art and engineering. As a dentist, he enjoys helping patients see life-changing results immediately. He also enjoys continuing his education and working to increase his skills. Dr. Raina is proud to have helped create SnowDay, an annual community event geared towards promoting healthy behavior in children through education and games. He was also the recipient of a community service award for the Give Kids a Smile Foundation. Dr. Raina and his wife both grew up in North Carolina. They moved to Spring seven years ago and are proud to set down roots and call Texas home. In his free time, Dr. Raina enjoys going to the gym, binging on Netflix shows, volunteering for Give Kids a Smile, spending time with family and teaching at the UTHealth Dental school as an Adjunct Assistant Professor.
