Dr Michael DiCarlo

Inspired by his Staten Island roots and early experiences in medicine, Dr. Michael DiCarlo originally considered becoming a pediatrician but ultimately found his calling in dentistry. He brings the same warmth and compassionate care he once admired in his childhood doctors to every patient he sees. Dr. DiCarlo earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry and completed his General Practice Residency at Staten Island University Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident. During his training, he was recognized for his clinical excellence in treatment planning, implant placement, and advanced esthetic restoration. As the founder of Dental Health Center, Dr. DiCarlo is committed to delivering relationship-based care rooted in trust, comfort, and exceptional outcomes. He continues to elevate his craft as a faculty member with Spear Education and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry - two roles that reflect his ongoing dedication to clinical mastery and lifelong learning. A loving husband and father of four, Dr. DiCarlo balances his practice with a full family life, including coaching his daughter’s flag football team. He leads both his team and his practice with the values that guide him daily: Family, Faith, Fitness, and Friends.
