Dr Greg Johnson

Dr. Greg Johnson has been providing exceptional dental care to the Topeka area since 1980. He believes that his patient-focused team of dental professionals provides each and every patient with compassion and understanding, as well as providing them with the most current technologies and treatments catered specifically to each patient. Dr. Greg received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1980 after graduating from Washburn University. While attending Washburn, Dr. Greg not only played for the WU basketball team, but he also met his wife Kathy. They are the proud parents of two sons and grandparents to six young grandchildren. Dr. Greg has completed extensive dental occlusion training at both the Pankey Institute and the Dawson Academy. He is a member of the Topeka District Dental Society, Kansas Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He has also been active in Children’s Dental Health Month, the Topeka District Dental Society, Peer Review Committee Chair, Kansas Mission of Mercy, Donated Dental Services and Shawnee County Medical Society Health Access. Dr. Greg and Kathy are active members at Countryside United Methodist Church. They support and attend Washburn University athletic events and especially enjoy hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Dr. Greg is grateful for the many families he has had the opportunity to treat over the decades and always welcomes new patients into his practice. He is proud to practice with his son, Dr. Eric, at Ad Astra Family Dentistry and looks forward to providing quality dental care for each and every patient.
