Knowing that she wanted to be a dentist from a young age, Dr. Sheppard attained her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University while working as a dental assistant. In 2011, Dr. Sheppard graduated from the University of Michigan, earning her Doctor of Dental Science degree. Since then, Dr. Sheppard has spent years in both private practice and public health, and has also worked in administrative dentistry as a Quality Control Director for dentists. Dr. Sheppard is a member of both the American and Michigan Dental Associations. While Dr. Sheppard is originally from Clinton, the Sheppard family has recently moved to Gaylord. Dr. Sheppard and her husband have two wonderful daughters, Ryann and Emma. The girls are sweet, energetic, and keep their parents on their toes. The Sheppards enjoy the outdoors (boating, golfing, and snowmobiling), and are looking forward to all that Gaylord has to offer.
