Dr Tara Dohm

Originally from the Metro Detroit area, Dr. Dohm moved to northern Michigan with her husband and two cats after earning her dental degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. She went to Michigan State University for her undergraduate studies and is a big Spartan fan. While Dr. Dohm enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, she focuses on pediatric dentistry, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and root canal therapy, Dr. Dohm prioritizes listening to each patient’s unique needs to tailor treatments accordingly. As an active member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Resort District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Dohm stays updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide individualized and compassionate dental care. With a commitment to ongoing learning and community involvement, Dr. Dohm aims to be a valuable resource for the area, creating a calm and safe environment for all patients, particularly those with past traumatic dental experiences.
