Dr Brittany VanBuskirk

Having worked in her father's dental office since she was 14, Dr. VanBuskirk's love for dentistry has been a driving force throughout her life. Whether you're here for a routine checkup or more advanced treatment, Dr. VanBuskirk strives to make your visit comfortable and personalized, always keeping your unique needs and smile goals in mind. Following in the footsteps of her father, Dr. Kevin Schierlinger, Dr. VanBuskirk earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where she was awarded her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in May of 2017. Some of her favorite experiences from dental school were on the mission trips she took with fellow colleagues to the Dominican Republic where she was able to provide dental care to a community with limited access to treatment. Dr. VanBuskirk worked in her fathers practice for several years as a Dental Assistant before becoming a Dentist and purchasing the practice from her father in 2022. She developed a strong passion for Dentistry as a little girl and continues that passion today as she strives to provide her patients with the best dental care possible. Dr. VanBuskirk lives in Lake Orion with her husband and their twins. She enjoys traveling, golf, reading, and spending time with her family. Dr. VanBuskirk (Dr. Brittany) enjoys building close, long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families. She takes pride in providing optimal care to each and every patient and wants them to feel comfortable in the care she provides. She treats each patient like family and truly wants to give her patients a reason to smile!
