Dr. Omar Aljundi was born and raised in Michigan, and has had a passion for dentistry since his youth. Dr. Aljundi attended Oakland University for his undergraduate studies and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to attend University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where he earned his DDS. Having a desire to provide dental care to the area he grew up in, this lead him to join the team at Troy Metro Dental. Passionate about patient care and interactions, Dr. Aljundi focuses on improving both oral and overall health while giving his patients the most pleasant experience possible. He is always expanding his expertise by taking continuing education courses in areas such as restorative dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and endodontics. Known for his warm and patient-centered approach, he strives to create a comfortable and positive experience for every individual who visits the practice. When not in the office, Dr. Aljundi cherishes time with family, especially with his wife and baby daughter.
