Dr Courtney Johnson

Originally from Tahlequah, Oklahoma, my husband and I have lived in this area our entire lives and we’re so happy to be serving Tulsa and the surrounding communities. After graduating from Northeastern State University with a marketing degree, my journey led me to the love of dentistry and helping others with their overall health. I worked in the dental field as an assistant for a few years, then my husband and I moved to Oklahoma City where I attended the University of Oklahoma Dental School. What a great experience! I graduated in the top 10% of my class and obtained my Doctorate of Dental Surgery then was accepted into the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. This program sharpened my skills and gave me great experience treating more complex oral health issues. My dental philosophy is centered around providing the best dental treatment possible and partnering with the patient to determine the path forward. I believe that oral hygiene is extremely important to a person’s overall quality of life. Studies have shown that oral hygiene is directly linked to physical ailments such as heart disease as well as linked to mental health and happiness. In the end, I love to partner with patients to help them feel confident in their oral health and maybe more importantly, be happy with their smiles!
