I was born in Tulsa and graduated from Union High School. My mother is the biggest influence on my life. I have been married for 4 years and we have a daughter named Margot and our dog, a blue heeler named Tracer. Dr. Nellis is very hard working and very particular who takes a conservative approach. Every day is a gift, live it to your absolute fullest. In my personal time, I love to garden with my daughter and spend time with my family.
